About us

Head-quartered in LA, we specialize in developing our own, modern, high-performance HR SaaS. The team in Croatia consists of 60+ experienced experts of different profiles (engineering & product). We work in agile, remote teams located at our two locations in Croatia, as well as in the USA, Canada, and India. In Croatia, we are hiring software engineers, ITOps experts, product managers, project managers, business analysts, data engineers, and database administrators. We take much pride in our internship program and our work with the student community - students have the opportunity to excel their knowledge and be a part of an international working environment.

Office culture

The atmosphere in our offices is casual, but focused on productivity. We foster a culture of open feedback - from comments on "pull requests", regular retrospectives after sprints to biweekly feedback conversations with Team Leads.

We love hosting monthly office events, tournaments, and team building events whenever we can to further connect and relax!

To make sure we're connected with the rest of the company, our employees regularly travel to the States and visit the LA office. The trips usually last for 2-3 weeks and include lots of networking and after-work fun!
